Important limitations on the information published on this website.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

The information on this website is published by Nexus Industrial & Technical Services Corporation Private Limited for general information about our capabilities. Please read the following limitations carefully.

General information only

Nothing on this site constitutes professional, technical, engineering, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Industrial projects are highly specific to their sector, scale, location and regulatory context, and general information cannot substitute for advice on your particular circumstances. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of content published here.

Regulated and licensed services

Consistent with the limitation recorded in our own constitutional documents, any service in respect of a regulated profession is rendered only through appropriately qualified and licensed persons. This includes statutory audit, legal opinion and title certification, chartered engineer certification, and any other service reserved by law to a licensed professional. Where your matter requires such a professional, we will say so and coordinate accordingly.

No guarantee of regulatory outcomes

Grant of any licence, clearance, consent, registration, allotment, lease or concession rests entirely with the relevant statutory authority. We do not and cannot guarantee that any approval will be granted, that it will be granted within any stated period, or that any application will succeed. What we undertake is that applications will be complete, correctly sequenced and properly represented.

We do not offer, and will not undertake, any activity intended to improperly influence a public official or authority.

Incentives and subsidy schemes

References on this site to production-linked incentives, capital subsidies, interest subvention, tax concessions, export benefits and similar schemes describe programmes operated by central and state governments and their agencies. Those programmes are established, amended, suspended and withdrawn by the issuing authority at its discretion.

Eligibility depends on scheme terms in force at the relevant time and on the specific facts of a project. Sanction of a benefit does not guarantee its disbursement. We make no representation that any scheme referred to on this site is currently open, that any particular project will qualify, or that any amount will be received.

Indicative timelines and figures

Durations, capital cost ranges, payback periods and similar figures published on this site are indicative and drawn from general sector experience. Actual figures vary substantially with project scale, technology selection, site conditions, authority practice, market conditions and prevailing policy. They are not estimates, quotations or commitments for any specific project.

Engagement profiles

Where this site describes engagement profiles or mandate shapes, those descriptions illustrate how our work is typically structured. They are not claims of completed projects, and they do not assert any client, project or outcome unless expressly identified as such.

Accuracy and currency

Regulatory requirements and government schemes in India change frequently. While we take care to keep content accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error, and we accept no obligation to update it. Content should be verified against the relevant authority or scheme document before it is relied upon.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NITS Corp accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, information published on this website. Our responsibilities to a client arise only under a separately executed written engagement agreement and are limited by its terms.
